Hi, I’m Kara Trombly. I love simplifying the buying and selling process and educating my clients each step of the way!
With a background in business and sales, a passion for people and interior design, I am thrilled to have made my career in real estate.
As a longtime Massachusetts resident, I am fortunate to be familiar with a number of towns throughout the Commonwealth, providing me with insight into what makes each unique. I pride myself on my ability to communicate, listen, and SIMPLIFY a seemingly overwhelming process.
My Road to Real Estate.
My road to real estate has been circuitous. I received my degree from UMass Amherst in business with a concentration in marketing. Upon graduation, I began my career as a food broker stocking grocery shelves, analyzing purchasing patterns and negotiating slotting fees.
I would later dip my toe into real estate working at boutique firm in Boston assisting working professionals find their homes while navigating its notorious crazy roads and avoiding parking tickets.
When an opportunity arose, I ventured into the corporate world where I created and sold corporate teambuilding programs for small non-profits to Fortune 500 clients. While I honed my sales skills and found the work rewarding, I always knew I was destined for something more and was committed to finding out what that was.
It wasn’t until I put my own home on the market that my passion for real estate was reignited. I was consumed and excited by each step of the process from pricing to staging and marketing. I love the dynamic nature of real estate, the ability to help and work with a wide variety of people and creating “teachable moments”.
When I am not busy finding your dream home, you can find me spending time with my husband and little ones and enjoying a glass of wine.
